This is an appeal by Freddie Lee Grant from an adverse judgment on a motion under Criminal Rule 27.26 to vacate his 99-year sentence for rape, filed in the light of Stovall v. Denno, 388 U.S. 293, 87 S. Ct. 1967, 18 L.Ed.2d 1199, on the theory that appellant was denied due process of law in that the confrontation in this case was unnecessarily suggestive and conducive to irreparable mistaken identification. Appellant also cites United States v. Clark, D.D.C., 294 F.Supp. 44, and United States ex rel. Geralds v. Deegan, S.D.N.Y., 292 F.Supp. 968. This is the third time Grants case has been before this court. State v. Grant, Mo. Sup., 380 S.W.2d 799; State v. Grant, Mo. Sup., 394 S.W.2d 285.
